From October 12 to 14, 2016, Dr. SenHan, the chairman of H&l Instruments, participated in the Photonics Asia 2016, which was jointly sponsored by the Chinese Optical Society (COS) and the International Society of Optical Engineering (SPIE) in Beijing International Conference Center. Academician Zhou Bingkun, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Chinese Optical Society, Professor Liu Xu, Vice-Chairman, Vice-Chairman Li Ruxin, Research Fellow Jiang Huilin, Academician Gu Ying and CEO Eugene Arthurs of SPIE attended. Nearly 1,000 experts and young students from universities, research institutes and enterprises all over the world participated in the conference, and 14 optical related enterprises participated in the photoelectric exhibition. Dr. SenHan is also the chairman of the branch Optical Metrology and Inspection for Industrial Applications.
A total of 573 oral reports and 467 posted reports were exchanged. Researchers from home and abroad in the field of optical and optical engineering reported on their work results, which aroused great interest and heated discussion. The conference has provided a good opportunity for scholars and industrialists in the related fields of optical and optical engineering to communicate and learn, promoted exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign scholars, and enhanced the international influence of China's optical and optical engineering disciplines.
